If you live in the home, you need a regular clean. If it has not had a professional clean in the last month, your first visit is a deep clean. An end of tenancy clean is for an empty home, when you move out or move in.
All three are priced by the size of your home and its condition, never by the hour. Below I go through who each one is for, what it covers, how often to book it and what it costs from.
Which clean fits your home
Two things decide it: is anyone living in the home, and has it had a professional clean in the last month?
- You live there and want it kept in hand: a regular clean, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
- It has not had a professional clean in the last month: a deep clean first, then regular visits.
- The home is empty because you are moving out or moving in: an end of tenancy clean.
If the home is still lived in, it is a regular or deep clean, even if you are moving soon. Our end of tenancy clean is priced for an empty home, and we can only clean inside the oven, fridge and cupboards once they have been emptied. You can compare all three line by line on our room-by-room cleaning checklist.
Regular cleans: for the home you live in
A regular clean keeps the floors, kitchen, bathroom, dusting and beds in hand. It is built for keeping on top of a home, so it can start straight away if your home has had a professional clean in the last month.
You choose how often we come, and the more often we come, the bigger the discount: 20% off weekly, 15% off fortnightly and 10% off monthly. Fortnightly means every 2 weeks, with no more than 3 weeks between cleans. Monthly means every 4 weeks, with no more than 5.
One thing to know: if a fortnightly clean is skipped and the gap reaches four weeks, the monthly rate applies to the next clean. Which gap suits you comes down to how many people live in the home and how quickly the kitchen and bathroom need doing again. I’ve gone through that in more detail in how often you should book a cleaner.
There is no long-term contract. If you need to cancel or move a clean, give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Regular cleans start from £49 for a studio, and you can read more about our cleaning services in Ealing.
When a deep clean comes first
A deep clean comes first if your home has not had a professional clean in the last month. It covers everything in a regular clean plus skirting boards and blinds, room by room, and starts from £179 for a studio. Regular cleans can follow on from it.
The reason is time. A deep clean gives your cleaner the time for a more thorough first clean of your home, starting with the rooms that need the most attention, usually the kitchen and bathroom. How far they get depends on the condition of the home. Once that first clean is done, a regular clean can keep it there.
Without it, a regular visit would be trying to catch up rather than keep up, and I couldn’t promise you the standard you expect. If your home has had a professional clean in the last month, your regular cleans can start straight away. If the home is particularly dirty, we may need to add a deep clean.
A few jobs sit outside the deep clean and belong to the end of tenancy clean instead: wet-wiping blinds, inside drawers, inside the oven, wet-wiping doors and frames, and the outside of the washing machine and tumble dryer. Every clean can be adjusted to what your home needs, so if you want any of those done, call us on 07476 687221. The full list is on our deep cleaning page.
End of tenancy cleans: for an empty home
An end of tenancy clean is the most thorough clean on our checklist. It covers everything in the deep clean plus inside the oven, fridge, cupboards and drawers, wet-wiped blinds, doors and frames, and the outside of the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The same clean works both ways: before you hand the keys back, or before you unpack in your new home. What matters is that the home is empty on the day, so we need:
- your belongings out, including everything in the fridge and cupboards
- no movers or tradespeople working in the home while we clean
- the electricity and water still on
It starts from £179 for a studio, the same as a deep clean, so price is not what separates the two. If the home is empty, book the end of tenancy clean. You can see what it covers room by room on our page on end of tenancy cleaning in Ealing.
Starting prices by home size
Your price is based on the size of your home and its condition, so these are the prices each clean starts from. A deep clean and an end of tenancy clean share the same starting price.
- Studio: regular from £49, deep or end of tenancy from £179
- 1 bedroom: regular from £59, deep or end of tenancy from £189
- 2 bedrooms: regular from £69, deep or end of tenancy from £199
- 3 bedrooms: regular from £99, deep or end of tenancy from £229
- 4 bedrooms: regular from £139, deep or end of tenancy from £269
- 5 bedrooms: regular from £154, deep or end of tenancy from £284
- 6 bedrooms: regular from £169, deep or end of tenancy from £299
- 7 bedrooms: regular from £199, deep or end of tenancy from £329
Booking the right one
Book for the full size of your home, not just the rooms you want done, so your cleaner has enough time. If the home needs more work than its size suggests, tell us when you book.
We call you before every booking to confirm the details. That call is the time to raise anything you’re unsure about, including which clean to book.
Whichever clean you choose, it comes with our 24-hour re-clean guarantee: if you are not happy, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean it for free. We’re open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, on 07476 687221.
You can see your price for each clean on our cleaning prices page.
