What we clean in South Ealing
Regular clean, from £49
For an Edwardian terrace on a road like Temple Road or Netherbury Road, a regular clean brings a cleaner back on the same pattern each time to do the floors, the dusting, the kitchen surfaces and the bathrooms, and to make the beds. Weekly visits are 20% off, fortnightly visits 15% and monthly visits 10%.
Deep clean, from £179
If your home has not had a professional clean in the last month, your first visit is a deep clean. Your cleaner starts with the kitchen and bathroom, then works through the rest of the home with skirting boards and blinds added to the usual jobs. It works the same in a late-Victorian house on Coningsby Road as in a flat inside a divided older building.
End of tenancy clean, from £179
Our end of tenancy clean is for when a let ends and the rooms are bare, or for a home you are about to move into. It goes further than the deep clean: inside the oven, the fridge, the kitchen cupboards and the drawers, plus wet-wiped blinds, doors and frames and a wipe over the outside of the washing machine and dryer.
We take on offices and other workplaces in South Ealing as well as homes. Describe your space on our commercial cleaning page and we will reply with a quote.

South Ealing homes: what to tell us
In your booking notes, say how many floors there are, which door or gate your cleaner should use, and where they can park.

More about South Ealing homes and parking
Ealing Council’s 2023 Northfields appraisal, which reaches east to Lammas Park and South Ealing Road, describes the streets between the park and the Piccadilly line as almost entirely residential, with terraced houses that are mostly Edwardian. The curving roads in the north-east corner are older: Coningsby Road went up between 1887 and 1893, and Clovelly, Venetia and Lothair Roads also date from the late Victorian period. Back gardens on Windermere, Gloucester and Clovelly Roads run down to the park, and some blocks have locked passageways to paths behind the gardens. Tell us how many floors and bathrooms you have, and whether the cleaner should come in by a side or back gate.
South of the railway, Temple Road and Airedale Road were built between 1905 and 1907, Netherbury Road between 1907 and 1923, and Weymouth Avenue, which crosses the line, between 1908 and 1925. The south end of Creighton Road has a short run of plainer interwar terraces. On Little Ealing Lane, Rochester House, built in the early 18th century and one of the oldest buildings left in Ealing, is now divided into flats, and the grounds of the old Ealing Park estate were later built over with streets of houses. In a flat, let us know the floor and the entry arrangements before the day.
Zone S, around South Ealing station, is controlled from 10am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday; on Saturdays it runs until 4pm on the north side of the zone and until 1pm on the south side. It takes in roads such as Lothair Road, Venetia Road, Netherbury Road, Creighton Road and Sunderland Road. Zone RR, Little Ealing, applies on weekdays from 9am to 10am and 3pm to 4pm, on roads including Murray Road, Darwin Road and Ealing Park Gardens. If there is room off the street, say so; if not, a visitor permit from your PayByPhone account lets your cleaner use the permit holder bays.
South Ealing cleaning questions
Which parts of South Ealing do you cover?
We take bookings throughout the W5 4 postcode sector, which spans parts of Northfield, Walpole and Ealing Common wards. On the map, that runs from the southern end of St Mary’s Road and the edge of Lammas Park, past South Ealing station, down to Little Ealing and the roads around Ealing Park Gardens, by the Hounslow border.
Can I cancel or move a booking?
You can do either with 24 hours’ notice. Ring or text 07476 687221, or email [email protected], and we will take care of the change; a clean moved with that much notice goes to a later date free of charge. A word with the cleaner during a visit does not count as notice, so please contact the office.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe; we do not take cash. A hold for the full amount goes on your card either at booking or a week before the visit, and the money is only taken after the clean is finished. Our system keeps a token, not your card number.
Do you clean flats as well as houses?
Yes. A flat in a divided house on Little Ealing Lane is booked the same way as an Edwardian terrace by the station: by the true count of bedrooms and bathrooms. Getting that count right means your cleaner is given enough time to reach every room.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Call, text or email us before the 24-hour guarantee runs out, and a cleaner returns to go over the missed areas free of charge. Photos of the spots that were missed help the cleaner see what needs doing.
Booking, payment and cancelling
See your price and book online. You pay by card through Stripe: we place a hold for the full price when you book, or 7 days before your clean, and nothing is taken until the clean is done. If you need to cancel or move your clean, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and closed on Sunday. Call 07476 687221 or email [email protected].
