- We call you Before every booking, we phone to confirm the details. Tell us then about stairs, parking or a door code.
- We clean, and it is guaranteed If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean it for free.

We start with the rooms that need the most attention, usually the kitchen and bathroom. We bring all the cleaning supplies, products and equipment. The full room-by-room list is on our cleaning checklist.
What a regular clean does not include
Skirting boards and blinds are part of our deep clean, not the regular clean. Inside the oven, fridge, cupboards and drawers, wet-wiped blinds, doors and frames, and the outside of the washing machine and tumble dryer belong to our end of tenancy clean.

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly
You choose how often we come, and each option has its own discount:
- weekly: 20% off
- fortnightly: 15% off
- monthly: 10% off
Fortnightly means every 2 weeks and monthly means every 4 weeks.

Starting your regular cleans
Your regular cleans can start straight away. If your home has not had a professional clean in the last month, your first visit is a deep clean, which adds skirting boards and blinds. It is time-based, which gives your cleaner the time for a more thorough first clean of your home. We may also need to add one if the home is particularly dirty. Deep cleaning starts from £179.
Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits, with the discount for the one you pick.

Regular cleaning questions
How much does a regular clean cost?
Regular cleaning starts from £49 for a studio and from £69 for a 2-bedroom home. Prices are shown in the booking box on our booking page, and we call you before every booking to confirm the details.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Yes. Call or text 07476 687221, or email us, at least 24 hours before the clean and we will take care of it. If you skip a fortnightly clean, the gap becomes 4 weeks, so the monthly rate applies to the next one.
Is there a contract?
No. We do not do long-term contracts, and you can cancel your regular clean as long as you tell us at least 24 hours before the next booking.
Will I have the same cleaner?
We do our best to keep the same cleaner or team on your home. If illness or a schedule change means someone different comes, they have been through the same checks: interviewed in person, DBS and reference checked.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean it for free. That is our 24-hour re-clean guarantee.
Booking, payment and cancelling
See your price and book online on our booking page, and we call you before every booking to confirm the details. You pay by card through Stripe: we place a hold for the full price when you book, or 7 days before your clean, and nothing is taken until the clean is done. If you need to cancel or move your clean, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
You do not need to be at home. Tell us how your cleaner can get in, for example with a keycode, and we will work out the details.
