What we clean in Ealing
Regular clean, from £49
Regular cleaning is a visit on a fixed pattern: weekly with 20% off, fortnightly with 15% off or monthly with 10% off. Each visit covers the floors, the dusting, the kitchen worktops and sink, the bathrooms and the beds, so a family house off Castlebar Road or a one-bedroom flat near the Broadway stays on top of the week.
Deep clean, from £179
Your first visit is a deep clean if your home has not had a professional clean in the last month. It takes the regular list further, adding skirting boards and blinds, and your cleaner begins with the rooms that need the most work, usually the kitchen and bathroom. It suits a mansion flat on Haven Green as well as a semi-detached house on Windsor Road.
End of tenancy clean, from £179
An end of tenancy clean is for a home with nothing left in it, at the close of a let or before you move in. On top of the deep clean we do the oven, fridge, cupboards and drawers on the inside, wet-wipe the blinds, doors and frames, and wipe down the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Beyond homes, we clean offices and other workplaces in Ealing W5. Tell us about yours on our commercial cleaning page and we will come back to you with a quote.

Ealing homes: what to tell us
Our cleaners are DBS checked, and you can book one for a house or flat anywhere in W5, from the roads around Haven Green down to St Mary’s Road and across to Ealing Common. When you book, count every bedroom and bathroom, and tell us your floor, any door code and where your cleaner can park.

More about Ealing homes, parking and the Census
Census 2021 counts 12,906 households in the Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common wards, and 5,758 of them (44.6%) rent privately, against 34.0% across the borough of Ealing. A regular clean works the same for owners and renters, and renters will also want an end of tenancy clean before handing back the keys.

Ealing Council’s conservation area appraisals show how mixed the housing is around the town centre. Tall four-storey houses on the west side of Haven Green and the north side of Castlebar Road date from 1870 to 1880, while Haven Lane and Mountfield Road, off the north-east corner of the Green, are lined with narrow terraced cottages of two or three storeys. On the south side of The Grove, three long terraces rise to four storeys plus a half basement. Book by the real number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and mention a basement or attic room, so your cleaner is booked for the whole house.
Not every home here is a whole house. The council’s Ealing Green appraisal records that most of the big Victorian houses on Mattock Lane have been converted into flats and bed-sits, and Haven Green Court, on the north side of the Green, is a four-storey mansion block dating from 1937 to 1938. There are 1930s blocks of flats on Montpelier Road, and two ten-storey blocks on the Grange and White Ledges estates. For a flat, give us the floor number, say if the building has a lift, and send the door code along with any other way in, such as a keycode or a drop box.
Parking rules change from street to street. Zone A, which covers central roads such as The Grove, Windsor Road and Grange Road, is controlled from 8:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, until 11pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 10am to 4pm on Sunday. Zone W, around Haven Green and the Broadway, applies on weekdays only, from 9am to 10am and from 3pm to 4pm. Several houses on The Grove and on the west side of Haven Green have front gardens paved over as hardstanding, so tell us if your cleaner can use your drive, or if you can buy a visitor permit for them through PayByPhone.
Ealing cleaning questions
How much does a clean cost in Ealing?
A regular clean starts at £49, and a deep or end of tenancy clean at £179. The booking form works out the price from your bedrooms and bathrooms, and the condition of the home counts too, so a small flat by Haven Green costs less than a four-storey house on The Grove. Our prices page shows your figure before you book.
How often can I book a regular clean?
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You can start straight away, or after a deep clean if your home has not had a professional clean in the last month. Weekly saves 20%, fortnightly 15% and monthly 10%. There is no long-term contract: pick the pattern that fits your week, and if you need to skip or move a visit, give us 24 hours’ notice.
How is a regular clean different from a deep or end of tenancy clean?
A regular clean keeps a lived-in home in order: floors, dusting, kitchen and bathrooms. A deep clean adds skirting boards and blinds, and it comes first if your home has not had a professional clean in the last month. An end of tenancy clean is for an empty home and also goes inside the oven, fridge and cupboards. Our cleaning checklist sets out each one room by room.
Which parts of Ealing do you cover?
We take bookings across the W5 postcode district, which takes in parts of the Ealing Broadway, Ealing Common, Hanger Hill, Pitshanger and Walpole wards. Street by street, that runs from Castlebar Road and Hanger Lane down to Ealing Green and the far end of St Mary’s Road. South Ealing and Northfields, also in W5, have pages of their own.
Do you do end of tenancy cleans for renters in Ealing?
Yes, from £179. Book it for a day when the flat or house is empty, with the water and electricity still connected and no removal firm or tradespeople working inside. Your cleaner does everything in a deep clean and adds the inside of the oven, fridge and cupboards. The same clean works before you move into a new rental, too.
Booking, payment and cancelling
See your price and book online. You pay by card through Stripe: we place a hold for the full price when you book, or 7 days before your clean, and nothing is taken until the clean is done. If you need to cancel or move your clean, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, and closed on Sunday. Call 07476 687221 or email [email protected].
